I love partnering with people who want to bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be. There are so many ways we can do this.

I really appreciate the depth and clarity of the Enneagram because it will always point you back to that person you loved being and who got lost along the way. I know this, because it is how I do my own inner work with teachers and coaches.

It starts with self-awareness. Our work will give you more choice about how you show up in the world, will help you get clear on what is important to you, and it will lead you right there. You will remember who you really are.

You are not your type, but your transformation starts with understanding it.

Enneagram coaching is for anyone who wants to free themselves from the bondage of self. Can’t get out of your own way? Do you think that if everyone else got their lives in order, you’d be fine, too? Do you keep having the same argument over and over again?


Enneagram coaching is not traditional talk therapy, but it can work with topics brought to traditional talk therapy. It is insightful, practical, and offers solutions. If you are willing to show up for yourself, honestly share your story, and get curious, this work is for you. It might ask you to think outside the box, but thinking inside the box has created suffering. It isn’t working. 


In my experience, clients come with a desired outcome and leave having opened options, choices, and possibilities that go beyond what they could have imagined. It is powerful and brilliant and accessible to anyone willing to do the work and receive what comes from it.

Coaching can be done in a 1:1 setting, but to do so in a group, is by far, the most powerful way to see the types at work. I invite you to take advantage of either option as a means of better understanding yourself.

Coaching and therapy are as individual as the person doing the inner work. Together, we’ll design a program that meets your needs in terms of time, length of engagement, cost, and support.
